Serge Dali
As a Research Associate at the Institut National de Santé Publique (INSP), the National Public Health institute of Côte d’Ivoire, Serge DALI is a medical doctor by training and a public health expert with nearly 20 years of field experience who graduated from Georgia State University (Atlanta, GA).
At the INSP, Dr. Dali works within the “Division of Health System and Policy”, where he leads operations research to generate data and recommendations for evidence-based decision-making from health authorities around health system strengthening, as well as community wellbeing.
He is familiar with the development of health system improvement strategies in low and middle-income countries across sub-Saharan Africa, including in his home country (Côte d’Ivoire).
Dr. DALI has been involved in the Delphi study as an Advisory Board Member. As such, he facilitated data collection and contributed to their interpretation. He also serves as a clinical instructor within the Department of Global Health of the University of Washington (Seattle, WA).
