On this page, you are welcome to request a booking for accommodation at selected hotels and airport transfers.

HOTELS

GMH Summit has selected a variety of hotels for Summit attendees and exhibitors to accommodate all tastes and budgets. Hotel reservations are held under a block booking until October 12, 2025. After this date, all requests will be subject to hotel availability.

GMH Summit has partnered with Southern Africa 360 as the official housing company for the Summit to coordinate hotel reservations and transfers. For any questions regarding hotel bookings, please contact Southern Africa 360 at sa360@southernafrica360.com.

By booking your hotel room within the official hotel block, attendees will receive:

  • Discounted rates for the event at official meeting hotels.

  • An email acknowledgement of your hotel assignment.

  • Access to Southern Africa 360 customer service who can assist with hotel reservations.

  • All conference hotels are within walking distance or in near vicinity from the Cape Town City Hall.

  • Delicious breakfast

  • Complimentary in-room access to Wi-Fi internet.

  • And much more.

TRANSFERS

By booking a transfer you will receive:

  • Private transfer with an English-speaking driver/guide.

  • Meet and greet at Cape Town Int Airport or at the foyer of your hotel if outbound transfer is booked.

  • 1 x 500ml water bottle per person.

  • Insurance, passenger liability and risk cover included.

Important Notice: Fraudulent Booking Emails

We have been made aware of fraudulent emails from a company called “Global Travel Experts.” They are not affiliated with the 7th Global Mental Health Summit or any of its official partners.

These emails may offer hotel or flight bookings, but they are a scam designed to collect your personal information. Please:

  • Do not respond to these messages

  • Do not share any personal or financial details

  • Block the sender and delete the email
